I really liked the location and the hospitality. The rooms were average, with basic amenities available. The hosts were very generous, and they helped with the cab and made a really lovely breakfast for us.

The AC in the room wasn't very functional, since the room was very large. And the fan wasn't causing sufficient cooling. Otherwise the room was basic and comfortable.

It’s a beautiful place. The bungalow was very spacious with a small refrigerator and comfortable beds.

Nothing

The many mentions of the Grandmother are all true, she is delightful, and goes out of her way to make sure you slept well and are Happy, if you need any thing you only need to ask, and they will fix it! The breakfast is good, I prefer my eggs boiled and I only had to ask, I loved the location, it's perfect, so much so, I extended my 4 days to 11days, even though it rained, the little section of lake frontage is calm and every so peaceful. The property despite the pictures of a bigger property, was actually quite small, I loved that it was so personable, and would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet! This is a small hotel, no TV, No in room safe, No room service, but my washing was done and it was perfect!

It's not really something I didn't like as I have found this all over Vietnam, the pillows were like rocks, sad to say, as the rest of the property is great.

The location, the facility, the warmth and generosity of the hosts.
