The location was fabulous... right on Via Etnea with park across the road and lots of places to eat nearby. The room itself was great as was the whole hotel.
I could not get WiFi which was disappointing. There also seems to be confusion with 2 hotels in the same building with very similar names. When I approached the hotel on the 1st floor, they were very unhelpful. However, I then found this hotel (on the second floor) OK.

Great experience overall.
- The shower head should be fixed to stay in place.
- The plumbing should be improved so that toilet roll can be flushed etc.

Suite was magnificent, it’s huge and ceiling was picturesque. Standard items but imposing thing is the size of the room. They accept the pets, though when we came with Staffie, the owner /operator was not happy even though they were informed in the booking and via email. But ultimately we had no issues and that was great
Furniture and stuff are dated, needs an upgrade and fresh touch up for sure. One really bad thing was that elevator was not working and could be only called with a key but it was broken so one person always must be available to call the elevator up in order to use it.
