No breakfast was included, but there was plenty of fette biscottate and jam. The host was generous with the coffee pods.

There was just a slight hitch when we arrived because it was cold and the host was late greeting us. But the hosts more than made up for that during the stay. Not enough outlets nor comfortable seating for a long stay.

The apartment is as presented. It is very quaint, clean and fully furnished. It has a full-sized kitchen and living room with a day bed, full bathroom, washer, along with a separate bedroom with its own 1/2 bathroom. The main bedroom leads out onto a large outdoor terrace. Spectacular. The WiFi is great and there is a large curved screen TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the main bedroom. The hosts have a very nice shop downstairs and is regularly staffed. The main host and staff were wonderful. I don't speak any Italian and they didn't speak a lot of English but we both enjoyed our "conversations." Overall, this place was exceptional. I just loved my host and staff. They were awesome.

The bed in the main bedroom is a bit hard and the apartment is a bit of a walk from the train station and main restaurant area along Corso Italia. Just be aware this is not a hotel. If you want room service, etc., you won't get it.

We booked for the next day and only realized this when we were standing in front of the apartment. The hosts were absolutely amazing. They luckily had an apartment at the edge of the city center where we could stay for the night. They took such good care of us and we will never forget their hospitality. This apartment has a nice interior. One bath with a toilet and a separate toilet which we think is a really good addition. The roof terrace was so nice, although it was a bit too hot during our stay to enjoy it fully. This was one of the few places where we could sleep without air conditioning even though it is available. There is a nice pizza place in the street where we also ordered take away from once and we highly recommend eating there!

Beds were not the most comfortable

The property is very spacious and well-equipped and the terrace is fantastic.

Very quite with inner garden. Fabio is a very good host.

The shower and kitchen areas need some improvements.

Couldn't use the patio because of the weather...
