It's a great apartment for visiting Madrid - close to two metro stops, easy to shop for food. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within 30 mins travel time. Lots of plates/pans provided. Apartment great as a 'sleep and visit' base. The management company were absolutely wonderful, really helpful with all our questions and little difficulties. It would be good if the basics for cooking were provided (oil/salt/pepper). Plenty of towels and shower gel/shampoo provided.

The water tank is small, so you need to wait between each shower. The electricity 'tripped' if we used, for example, the hot plates and the microwave at the same time. There wouldn't be space for 4 people to sit and relax, there's only 'dining' seating for 2. There are glass panels between the bedroom and sitting room, so everyone has to do 'lights off' at the same time. Also, the sitting room doesn't really go dark, as the blinds are not dark. And there wasn't a chopping board for food preparation. I think it would be helpful to have a guide in the apartment about the bins, check-out, how to work the AC, etc.

Nice updated apartment in close proximity to several metro stops in Malsana district.

The best part was the location. Good area of Madrid, very relaxed and the center was easily reachable.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, neither the pillows.

Clean comfortable living space with all the facilities you need for a visit to Madrid. Convenient for shops and metro- only a couple of stops to all the main attractions and 20mins at most to Atocha Renfe station, also good for the bus station.

People should be aware that all the windows look out on to internal courtyards/spaces between buildings.
