Location,Bed, Breakfast and kitchenette.We chose this because of its proximity to zermatt and Matterhorn.It helps to have a kitchenette to have light cooking.its bed is also quite soft and daily breakfast pretty sumptuous.

Our apartment didn't have a scenic view as its on second floor and has no lift.So manual lifting required for luggage etc.

The location is very convenient, close to the main station and the main shopping street. Also, it is easy to get to the ski lifts via bus (free), since the bus stop is approximately 100m from the hotel. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Good tee collection, tasty scrambled eggs, fried sausages,pancakes, jam collection, fresh butter. Hotel provided an option to rent e-bikes for 1/2 day for 45 CHF (full day option was also available) which was very convenient, since we were not bound to the rental shop opening hours. Room was clean, cozy and had a modern kitchen with all necessities (fork, spoons, cups, kettle etc.)

Here are just some small suggestions. Additional hooks at the corridor will be useful to store jackets. At the bathroom there were not enough shelfs to store cosmetics. Hot porridge/hot chocolate will be good additions to the breakfast. Also, some salad leaves would have been a good addition to the provided tomatoes and cucumbers. In the ski room it will be good to have a sink to clean ski boots from the snow after the skiing.

Quiet proximity to bahnhof area (side-street). Comfortable apartment but would benefit from addition of nespresso rather than kettle with instant coffee.

It is Europe where good coffee is an expectation. Nesspresso pods at minimum would elevate the experience in the morning.

Relatively affordable option for pricey Zermatt. Kitchenette allows you to shop at nearby Coop market and cook in your room. Close proximity to cog-wheel train is convenient for getting up the mountain. It was a small “apartment,” but well designed and decorated. Everything worked as it should. Decent buffet breakfast at nearby hotel included in the price.

Although nice having a balcony, it looks out on the backs of other buildings.

This has been such an amazing week. The apartments are part of the butterfly hotel, next door - we had opted for breakfast, which was at the hotel and that was one of our best decisions ever! Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice, staff was friendly. Amazing location, right next to the station so didn't have to take our luggage all through town. But still so nice and quiet !!! Location felt very central to the restaurants, ski lifts, shops etc. Kitchenette was a great add on, although we didn't use it, it still appeared to have everything you needed if you were planning on cooking/eating at the apartment. Fridge came in very handy. Bathroom was good and spacious. Enough space to store all your clothes, gear and other stuff. Overall, would highly recommend and especially for the price compared to similar apartments in the area

It did appear on booking.com that there was a spa/sauna at the butterfly hotel that can be used by b-inn guests (pay extra) but when we asked a member of staff they were blunt and short saying it's not to be used by b-inn guests even if paid for. This was a surprise but didn't bother us.

Good breakfast included in the the apartment price. Excellent value. Central location a few minutes walking distance from the banhof station. 1 minute walk to banhofstrasse

Room could be a larger, but is totally suitable for 2 people. A microwave would be nice, but we were able to do with the pots provided. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor but that did not bother us even with our 2 suitcases.

Dwelling place

For 8 days, the cleaning lady did not come even once (( They have very poor service. I do not recommend breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Everything is tasteless. The only good thing is the place of residence. It is on the main street and convenient everywhere.

Location is excellent, just few mins walk from the station and main street.

No view and the place is really small. After we cooked, the smell cant go and trapped in the room.

Nice Apartment

Nice one bed room apartment at very good location near the train station. Clean and tidy. Very good breakfast. Very good cooking appliances. Highly recommended to travellers staying over 2 nights.

No lift for upper floor, hence it is difficult to take big luggage upstairs. No cleaning service during the staying period. Emptying of garbage bin will be much appreciated since cooking is allowed in the small kitchenette and there are bad odour of food waste overnights.
