Great location and very confortable stay. The apartment was clean and the hosts very communicative and friendly. Recommended.

The location can't be beat. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer & DW are great! The is our second time at this apt.

Sheets & towels could be upgraded.

It was great! The host was really nice and helpful, the apartment is very big and has everything necessary in it and the location is just perfect! Right in the center but quiet, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to everyone.

Lack of any local info.,no instructions for cooker hob etc., no plug for kitchen sink so impossible to wash up just a couple items.

The location is perfect, the apartment is very spacious and the check in was very well taken care off.

The balcony is small, which is No problem because your are hardly there, unless traveling with young kids that need their sleep.

The apartment has a wonderful location, exit Metro station Xativa and walk for 5 min. It is one min away from city hall square right in the heart of Valencia. Maybe a bit noisy in normal circumstances (see below). There is a bakery just opposite its entrance and a few supermarkets in a walking distance. It was well equipped (a kitchen cloth is a nice addition), clean and comfy. Anastasia is a good host; always accessible and helpful. There was a washing machine (with some detergent), a dish washer (with tablets), toilet paper, towels, a collection of spices, coffee and tea. There is a big bedroom with its own bathroom and another smaller bedroom and bathroom. The living room is comfy and bright.

We were there at an unfortunate period when Spanish government required people to stay inside due to Coronavirus. So we spent much more time in the apartment than one normally does. Some of the following things is probably the result of staying too much inside :) - There is no game or entertainment for young or old (except a TV with Spanish channels of course). We were happy that we had a few things with us for my small daughter to play. I would not call the apartment 'family friendly' in any sense. I also found the glass dining table in the living room quite child-unfriendly. - There are very few books, more for decoration than reading. They are in Spanish and Russian; none in English. - In contrast to the rest of the apartment, the light switches can use some cleaning. - The window shutters in the living room do not work. We were fine but in warm summer days that I guess is problematic. - The conditioner is too slow to change the inside temperature. Again, we had a good temperature outside and very fresh air (since there was virtually no activity) but in summer days I am not sure how it will cope. - The internet had some hiccups for normal use specially the 5G one. - There is a bathtub in one of the bathrooms but it does not work to take a bath. - Lastly, the bed was not made before our arrival. The blanket was in a shelf and a blanket cover folded on the bed so we had to do the work ;)

The location is fabulous, the kitchen was very well equipped...it was great to have both a washing machine & dishwasher...we will be back next year!!!!!!!

An aerator in the kitchen sink faucet & a grab bar in the bathtub!
