Executive room was lovely, comfortable great linen comfortable bed and pillows

Reception and check in very slow No bar Room a little too expensive

It was open & spacious , lovely breakfast & great staff

Bedroom wasn’t well designed , bed at an angle so difficult to get to wardrobe!

Our terrace was amazing, and we loved how attentive the staff were. Lovely location, we could walk to pretty much all of the main sites.

I liked the location and size of room.

-Breakfast was poor -Killed at least 4 cockroaches ( they even went into our suitcase) -Stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned our room, I took out the rubbish myself and asked for towels and toilet paper -Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, especially since it was 37 degrees -bought hop on- hop off tickets for a green sightseeing bus from the hotel but the instructions we were given on where to wait were wrong. We paid for a taxi to drop us to a particular location and stop but after waiting for 40 minutes in the heat we rang the bus company who told us the hotel gave us the wrong information.
