This apartment has a washer and dryer, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook and eat with, drying rack, paper towels,garbage bags, toiletries. Really everything we needed. There is a guaranteed parking spot. It's spacious with four separate bedrooms. The location is great and so is the value. Family of four were comfortable with plenty of room. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The place needs a proper cleaning. Its dusty, the floor is dirty, the kitchen needs to be cleaned better. Bring slippers. There is also mold in the bathroom walls and ceiling.The apartment is damp. Airing out in the morning and evening helped. It really needs some hooks or a coatrack and a sofa in the common area to make it more accommodating hang out there.

The hosts were very helpful when the key broke in the lock when we first arrived. They quickly demonstrated alternate access to the property and then arranged for the lock to be replaced. Being a basement the property was cool, which was good during the hot weather. It was also pretty quiet. Reasonably close to U-train stations (c 10 mins walk) Some good restaurants nearby and a bakery on the corner. The washing machine was useful. It would have been even better had the tumble-drier also been working. Lots of hot water for showers, washing dishes. Pretty much as advertised.

It would benefit from a bit of painting I think (front door and perhaps the toilet area)

Good location, absolutely suitable for 6 persons. The parking is a real asset.

The flat is in a basement, a bit smells humidity. The bathroom is very small. The kitchen is not well equipped.

Easy to get to, and a lot of good places to shop and eat just 50 meters away. Quiet area. Some sirens from police station one street away, but nothing bad.

I laughed when I saw how the shower works. This is not for the corpulent body type. This place gives value for money. I was most worried about the moist and bad smell, that some reviews mention. But we didnt notice any of it, maybe because its winter, or because analog dehumidifiers are in most rooms.

We went out for breakfast most days. We cooked dinner a few times. Location was only maybe 10 minutes walk to the train station. We locked ourselves out one evening and the host brought us another key. This was a big help. Washer and dryer was great to have.

We were happy with everything. Nice Apartment and very quiet.

It is close to the center

The apartment is in ground floor, the door open directly to the street.

Location. Radio receiver in the living room. Washing machine (but no washing powder). Cloths dryer. Good heating. Plenty of space for families.

No detergent for the washing machine. No ventilation in the bathroom. Dirty/unusable french press. Dirty curtain in the bathroom. Internet coverage is poor in the distant rooms.

Nice host and she was helpful and kind beside a great support from her son as well. He was great and help me with some translation and gave a awesome recommendation about the Hamburg attractions.

The flat is a bet old and I struggled with water every time after taking shower. Finding parking in the area is a nightmare.
