Great location, in the heart of Thamel, meanwhile very quiet and a feeling of being isolated from the outter world. Silent at night, nice garden area. The room is very spacious. Great buffet style breakfast, that is not typical to Nepalese hotels.

location was good. staff so friendly especially the young lady at reception. super quiet for sleeping. beds very comfortable. the breakfast was the best ever with a huge selection. we would stay here again and highly recommend to others

In the middle of city centre and tourist area, you will find a quiet hotel with garden . We had really good experience during our accommodation.

Everything was ok.

This place has been bizarre to us. 1. Safety issue: The window of our room wouldn't lock. So we called the reception. They sent a staff who came and told us nothing will happen. 2. Logistics: The AC had water dripping all night. 3. Gate Closing Time: We were not informed of the gate closing time. We came back late at night and found the gate locked. We called them about 6-7 times and nobody took our call. 4. Staff Behavior: Later a staff came and opened the gate and when we told them that they should mention the gate locking time when guests check-in, he misbehaved with us instead of apologizing. Thank you for reading the report. Now comes the GOOD part After we submitted the initial report, the owner called the manager and conveyed our problems. While we were checking out, the manager apologized and he listened to each and everything we had to say. A wonderful young man and extremely well behaved.

The behaviour of the staff, the manager was the best behaved though.

This place is a real oasis in the heart of Kathmandu city. Thamel, the tourist area in Kathmandu if full of crowed and disorganized place but I found this place very peaceful and relaxing, trees and birds are great, you really feel that you are in a resort in the middle of town. The garden is a perfect in this place. Once you arrive here you don't want to go anywhere. Breakfast, staffs, location everything was excellent for me. Thanks to the creator of this place.

The location was wonderful and so was the property!

Taking the car inside the property is difficult. Negligible approach road.

The manager in the morning is very attentive. Is a quiet place and pretty clean. Hot water works well and bed is comfortable. The room is kinda small and you have to be creative to fit your luggage somewhere.

I asked for a fresh towel but I kept getting the same brownish (in theory. white) towels every day. The restaurant service is very very very SLOW and. they don´t understand English. I asked for chicken with no spicy and I got a massive spice sauce on the food I almost choked. That was very bad as I am alergic to spices. Also the room is pretty humit and is impossible to ventilate. AC is weak. I felt quite trapped in the room.

Nothing is good in the hotel small rooms it is not a resort uncooperative staff feeling of indian and nepali arrogant and rood behavior of staff
