Breakfast was okay with limited options and can improve.
The first room we got was not up to the standard and then we asked for a change on the next day which they arranged for us without any additional charges. Second room was much better. The staff was superb and always treated us with a smile.

I really enjoyed my stay here for several nights while exploring Siem Reap. The staff really set this hotel apart with their friendliness and attentiveness. The room was clean and well equipped with the normal necessary bits and pieces. I personally found the bed to be very firm for my liking but I still managed to sleep okay. My room rate included breakfast. The selection of breakfast items was good and the staff will also cook you eggs or an omelette. A great stay overall.

The Staff were some of the friendliest and helpful staff I have had in a hotel for a long while, solid 10 out of 10 for every request and a smile whenever we left and came back. The hotel offers a decent level of information and local to dos and the rooms are a decent size and extremely confatable.
The service was exceptional and although we visited in a very low season there was little compromise on facilities or service.
Our initial room had a problem with the balcony door lock which was sorted quickly by moving us to another room.
The breakfast buffet could do with better covering on the bread rolls but no issues that would stop us rebooking again.

Really close to the centre, majority of staff were really friendly and room was really nice.
Beds were VERY firm and breakfast could’ve had more options. First room had electrical issues and caught fire whilst we were in the room and no smoke alarms, however staff were efficient with moving us to different rooms and compensating without prompting.

"Das Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, beinahe direkt am River. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 1.2km, was für mich immer ein willkommener Spaziergang war. Auf der Strecke i..."
