The room was not clean from previous occupants when we check in around 6 pm.

Super comfortable, beautiful, and accessorized apartment.

For 6 grown up guys the apartment was on the smaller side. But our stay was for just 4 nights so it worked for us. Having the toilet seperate from the shower room is a plus. A bit far from centre but bolt or uber worked wonders with a van for just 3 euro each. Pubs and diners were closeby..

The top bedroom was tiny with no windows. Kitchen was small. We had difficulty closing the window.. Am sure it can be fixed.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need included. Toilet and bathroom separate which was perfect when sharing with 4 people. Bath tub was big and amazing after a day of walking around everywhere.

No toilet paper replenishment every day. We had about 2 rolls between 4 people for 5 days. Cleaners did not attend everyday. Towels were not replenished everyday either. No reception desk have to contact through whatsapp.

Everything else was perfect.

Sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

Our time in this place has been wonderful. Everything was exactly as we had hoped. Access and easy communication with the owner.

Was a little bit cold for our personal desire.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location for walking into town or jumping on the tram. Easy check in and quite handy to have the key access on your phone.

Scrupulously clean and well-equipped. Interesting and easy location. Great WiFi. Helpful, friendly staff.

The access system, based on a web app that a) requires constant internet access and b) is bug-ridden is a right pain in the arse. And, if you are travelling alone (and I suspect even more if you are a woman on her own, at night for example), the failure of your "digital key" outside on a dark, ill-lit street goes beyond being frustrating to being downright uncomfortable or worrying. Will I get in? What happens if my phone dies? It's not even like you have a barcode or a QR code that will just open the door, whatever the format or internet status , and which you could share freely or print out before you arrive, just in case. This requires real-time phone data. And it doesn't work properly! In four days I had to get three new sets of digital keys. They couldn't open the flat door remotely, even though that's obviously the fail-safe. You can't open any window. You can hear everything in adjacent flats. Everything! Belch quietly :-)

location is great

the apartment is not cleaned daily (nothing for 5 days that 4 of us stayed there), so I was disappointed not to get any fresh towels or soap (shower soap was empty on arrival), and we ran out of toilet paper, and shampoo.
