Imøtekommende personal som virkelig ønsket at man skulle ha det bra ved oppholdet. Veldig profesjonell og ryddig i kommunikasjonen. Og jeg kunne dekorere rommet med eget medbrakt interiør stæsj😀

Det er ganske lytt ut til gangene. Også en del støy fra høylytt kommunikasjon på utsiden tidlig om morgenen, men dette er ikke noe selve overnattingsstedet kan noe for. Så om man snur morgenkommunikasjonen på utsiden om til noe positivt i løpet av oppholdet, så var det jo en grei vekkerklokke med faste tider på hverdager🤣 Kjøleskapet som sto på rommet fungerte ikke.

The kitchen was closed. The staff were helpful but were not present on the premises

Nice place close to the centre of Hartsadt, a few minutes walk from the ferry as well. Comfy beds, clean, small fridge in the room, big bathroom. There's a "dining area" which I suppose is a common area for guests but it was super empty when we stayed there so we didn't use it.

No kitchen tap water accessible and machine that was supposed to provide water was out of order or switched off. No possibility to leave your luggage before checkin time, we went there earlier and had to go back with the suitcase to the harbour waiting room where they kept it. Nobody at the reception most of the time, not that we needed any assistance but if we did there was nobody there to help, reception only opened for checkin of new guests.

Rooma were clean and comfy.

Breakfast wasn't as good as we expected from the pictures.
