Lovely decor and modern space. With plenty of social areas too which was perfect for our group of 12. The area was very quiet and the pool area was perfect for us too. We spent most of the day there on 1 of our days and didn’t need to rush out of bed to get sun-loungers either.

Had a few issues with showers not draining but the host was quick to reply to these issues and tried her best to resolve these as much as possible.

Big, Open and clean house. Perfect for big groups.

Too far away from puerto banus to walk back and forth many times a day. However taxi is pretty cheap!

fabulous property which was amazing for a large group. it was clean well equipped and had everything you would want for a large booking. great location too the beds are so comfy and clean. the hosts are amazing and communicated quickly and promptly by WhatsApp- even arranging an extra bed at short notice which was so kind thank you.

Maria and Aitor helped us a lot. House is super nice and has a lot of room for a big group. Everything is brand new and we have had a really nice holidays. We will come again this summer. Recommendable at all.

All was super nice

We rented two properties from Aitor and Maria for the whole group. This villa is fantastic, it is practically new and with a very modern decoration. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The direct access to the garden full of palm trees and the garden is very comfortable. We loved the proximity to Puerto Banus and the beaches. All the restaurants and trendy disco are less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommended.

The open space in the accommodation.

Maybe have 2 front door keys to the property as there were 10 people staying.

I had asked for an early check in and this was arranged no problems and was ready even earlier than we had hoped, the accommodation itself was brilliant very modern, clean and although the pool is shared we had it to ourself most of the time. it’s in a brilliant location with only a short taxi ride from the nightlife which we went for. there is a supermarket a 5 min walk away and also a cafe. The host was very helpful when I needed to contact her too.

the only very small issue we had was that the room layout was not how we had seen advertised, we had pre arranged between ourselves who would be in each room and this then had to change. it would be better for the description to be updated to reflect the current room layout.

it’s super spacious & fab for a big group. the amenities (shampoo & conditioners) in the showers are a really nice touch. the location was great, we loved the cafe around the corner for coffee. Benedetta was really friendly & helpful, on hand via WhatsApp for any questions.

on the balcony there was a table but no chairs. more plug sockets could’ve come in handy.
