That we had to leave

Neat,tidy and exactly what we needed for our large family to rest up after a busy year. Fully kitted home, strong wifi, kitchen and laundry appliances, right up to a multi-person kayak (which we used on several occasions). Brilliant location, very peaceful and quiet. Forster supermarket was only 5-10min drive. Great comms with the owners who had everything clearly laid out in terms of local tourism guide, restaurants, etc. We definitely recommend this place for your next holiday.

Lakeview Lodge was clean, comfy and quiet. The house has a great wrap around deck and fenced in garden for the dog. Lovely sunset views over the lake

The house was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Property was very clean.

The beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom were very hard. Better suited to children than adults.

Lovely house, clean and tidy, helpful hosts and met all our expectations.

Only problem was that there was no plug that fit the bath!

The location was picturesque and quiet, right by the water. The sunsets were to die for. It was well located in terms of sailing action and shopping and restaurants. We took our sailing boat with us and we’re able to park it on the property. We appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the house, and the thoughtful decoration made it feel like home. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows, so we slept very soundly. We made good use of the information folder, which was very comprehensive. Thank you Ken and Catherine.

We would have liked egg cups, a toast rack and a garlic crusher, but it’s hard to cater for all tastes. A sharp knife or decent knife sharpener would make it perfect!
