Great place to stay near the train station and supermarket cafe and bars in the area .quiet area good security. Shopping centre within walking distance. Disneyland paris just 2 minutes away by train or paris 1 hour away.
Some times a bit noisy in the early morning but not too bad.

very good location if visiting Disney parks. Metro station around the corner. communication about apartment very good.
Noise from delivery vans accessing local businesses from 05:30 which was unfortunate as had slept well until then.

Good space, facilities & location.
It was perfect for us. We were spending 2 days at Disneyland but needed our own cooking facilities due to a child with allergies.
This was close to shops for food & right next door to the station, so getting to Disneyland was easy & quick.
The kitchen I a little small, but I'm being picky here.

the location was excellent and convenient, with everything that you would need and the Val d’Europe station was literally next door. But Antoine the owner is where things are really special - he greeted the family wearing his Santa Claus outfit and kids loved it!
Nothing - but perhaps a small guidebook to let us know where the trash bins are would be great.

The house was perfect , warm and clean. It was 2 min from RER so you could go everywhere. The host was very good guy and friendly. On next time I will make 100% the same choice

Great location, spacious flat
Shower doesn’t work - no water pressure for hot water. It wasn’t very clean also, and there is only one fan. Also it is a bit noisy since it is on the first floor so you can’t sleep with windows open.
When we addressed the landlord about the hot water he first told us the problem is in the building, and after we insisted he told us we can go to a hotel. Terrible service and attitude, I kept all my WhatsApp conversations with him if anyone wants to see how he talks to costumers only because they asked him to fix a problem in the flat.

Location, facilities, very comfortable,modern.
Getting access to the apartment was difficult.
The instructions were poorly thought out.
If you book this property make sure to have clear instructions before starting your trip.
We travelled fro. AUSTRALIA and what with changing simcards etc it was a nightmare.
However once you are in it is a great property.
Also we arrived by train, and we got off at Chessy. Big mistake, you have to get offat the station prior Val d'europ Serris.Very easy to find if you get off at the right station.

Location is ideal near the train station and shopping centre. The flat is large, well lit, secure,, clean and comfortable with all facilities.

Well equipped and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, perfect for a family of three or four. Very comfortable beds. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso cups and tea. Host Antoine was easy to reach and answered our questions promptly.
The bedroom door hinges could perhaps do with a bit of oil to keep from squeaking. It made a lot of noise when someone got up during the night.

Very friendly host and easy to get the keys. Very nice and spacious appartment very close to the trains (Disney is one easy stop away) and large shoppingcenter. Will come back next time we visit Disney for sure.

Superb location. A 2 minute walk to the RER station, restaurants and shops.
In 10 minutes your are in Disney and in 45 minutes in Paris.
Nice and safe place to park your car.

Cleaning could be a bit better. General cleaning was good. But there was some dust on shelves and in the kitchen cupboards.

First of all, Antoine (the host) is great guy, willing to help in any way he could. Apartment was spacious for four of us, reasonably clean and priced, nothing luxurious but everything you need (and more) is there. Location is perfect, on the main street, just round the corner of the train station (RER A line to Disneyland or Paris) and across the restaurants and shopping mall. Be aware that beeing directly above street there is some noise even during night, but it wasn't big problem for us. There is a big TV and PS4 for entertaiment, coffe machine, microwave and all other amenities. Parking space is provided which is great, because all public parking spaces were usually occupied. Antoine, just one suggestion: you should point that your prefered way of communication is WhatsApp, it took some time for us to figure how to contact you.
Only thing that I could point has actually nothing to do with apartment or host: there is terrible smell in building hall (beleive it comes from some neigbouring apartment) so we had to hold our breath before we get into the apartment :)

Lovely apartment! We were a 3 year old child, mother, father and 2 grandparents. There was more than enough room for all of us to sleep and the sofa in the living room pulled out with the greatest of ease into a large double bed which was handy when the little one spread himself out like a starfish all over the double in the bedroom! 2 single beds in the second bedroom which could be pushed together to make a double if preferred. Plenty of room and places to sit and everything needed supplied kitchen wise, right down to a fruit peeler! A two minute walk to the train station for a few minutes (one stop) journey to Disneyland. 1.95e single per person (August 2019) which saved a lot of money on parking fees at Disney. Very nice area with restaurants and a large shopping mall and supermarket 5 minutes away and which also has a ''seaworld'' type attraction. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and I give 10 out of 10 to both the spacious, comfy apartment and its owner who really was so welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Ilodge Primia to couples, families and even a single person who wanted to live in comfort. Excellent value for money.
