The view & location

Very “tired”. Needs updated furnishings,decor, silverware, glassware. cupboards & drawers need organizing & cleaning. Garage needs the same. Interior, except kitchen, needs painting. Except still glue showing from floor installation. Woodwork old & water stained. We felt we needed to cover couches with our own blankets & towels which we did. Dirty & old. The view is being obstructed by the need to prune & maintain the pine shrubs out front. Upstairs tv never worked even after we had Meredith Property person come out. He couldn’t fix it. The tv’s are old & need to be updated as well. Main tv very slow & hard to maneuver even after help came out to fix. Great location. Just needs TLC. Attention to details as well. One wine glass. 3 mis matched tumblers. 2 champagne glasses. Not enough silverware to set a complete table. Only one coffee filter. The list could go on.

Great location. Expansive ocean views out the front window.

I would have liked to see the cleaning and other add on charges before I signed the credit card commitment.
