Overpriced hotel and restaurant

Room was a good size, clean. Hotel is modern and quiet. Restaurant good value for money. Manager was helpful, the female receptionist not so much!

Breakfast was limited in options and not European/American friendly. I booked a taxi via the hotel to pick me up from the airport but it failed to appear. When I messaged the hotel they told me to jump in a taxi.. so I ended up wasting an hour at the airport. The manager apologised and paid for the taxi. Tray with leftover food left on the floor outside my room on my arrival.

Location to airport was round 12 min, bathrooms were nice and price was okay at €100, but honestly you can get much much more for €100 in Turkey. Based on my 100’s of hotel stays in Turkey, a more realistic price for this property would be €75 and to include breakfast, which is NOT included. Also do not be fooled by descriptions on Booking.com that say it has an airport shuttle bus, it does not, it’s an hotel car and they charge €30 per person, £26. I declined and took a taxi for 400tl £11, still a lot for Turkey but better than their option. To put in perspective a taxi from Airport to Istanbul should cost around 600tl /£18 (45 min) make sure taxi driver put meter on, otherwise they will try to charge you 3,000tl / £90. This happened to many of my colleagues.

Property was okay, promoted as a 4*/5* hotel but really a 3* and a little shabby, broken and chipped cups in room etc. But it was clean, staff wee friendly and kind and beds were comfortable. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. But we’ve heared airplanes only couple of times. Comfortable rooms, tasty food in restaurant, pool.

Room was very spacious, beds were comfortable

Communication with staff was somehow difficult, the restaurant only has menus with QR codes but there is no access to internet in the restaurant. Noodles for kids were asked no to be spicy but still was spicy. The restaurant was very hot

Breakfast is so poor for Turkey

General service of the hotel. Basic restaurant. Lobby has so few lights on, that it seems to be closed. Food on tray stayed in the runner during too many hours on the ground.

Hotel facilities were ok and the staff was kind. Room service was good and arrived fast. The chocolate dessert was absolutely superb.

The room was so hot. The AC did not work properly for the whole night. It was almost impossible to sleep. The rooms are really tiny.

The room was at the end of a very long corridor, far away from the facilities and right near a side entrance which was scary. When I was checking in they didn't specify whether the breakfast was included and it turns out they charge 20€ for a bagel and a glass of tea. Nice environment but the employees and their understanding of the needs of a traveller has to be upgraded.

staff are not helpful their English is very poor. Room with bad smell parking was limited in number and very small to use. corridor carpet was dirty. no soap in shower. can find better alternatives in Istanbul

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, everything is dirty, neglected, a disgrace to the radisson network, they sent us a transfer, forced us to pay for the fact that we were all frozen , in which the door did not close, the rooms were dirty, nothing was ready in advance, we asked about it two days before arrival, our check in time was at 20:30. The whole hotel is in terrible condition, the management is not present. The breakfasts are terrible, the plates are dirty , cucumbers, tomatoes are unwashed, the sausage was very old . They don’t want to hear anything . All our comments were ignored .

A great place close to the airport for recovering from a long flight before moving on to another location in Turkey. You miss all the traffic in Istanbul where it can take an hour to clear the city centre plus a further half hour to the airport. However, not a place to stay if you want to explore Istanbul.

Food in the restaurant was average.
