A great base for a short stay in Portsmouth. Great quiet area near the seafront and within walking distance of the livelier parts of the city. Communication with hosts was superb throughout the booking process. Whilst the room is small it packs a real punch with facilities and we particularly enjoyed the range of complimentary goodies left for us in the fridge. We will definitely use again.

Shower door stiff I was worried I would break it, you just need to be firm!

We had a lovely two-night stay here and would definitely come back. The studio is in a lovely, quiet residential area, close to the seafront and only a short walk from the lively Albert Road, so location was perfect for us. The studio itself was modern, spotlessly clean and really comfortable, with a great powerful shower. We also loved all the thoughtful touches, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, a mini bar and traditional English sweets, as well as bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Having everything provided made it feel extra special. The online information pack was also really useful. It was clear that a lot of thought has gone into making things easy and enjoyable for guests. A perfect base for our Goodwood Revival weekend. Nothing not to like!

Everything you need for a break. Very clean and comfortable in a lovely quiet building

Could do with another table and blackout blind

Room clean, easy to find , good location, self Check in was nice and easy

Paying extra each day to park for 2 hours in the street the property is on and no designating parking for the property. Room is in a complex of privately owned flats so when using garden area permanent residents don’t seem to like this. Mattress is very soft does feel like you could roll off it. Overall room size was smaller than expected , bathroom is very small. All information not given until asked for - WiFi code not provided in welcome details, once asked for this was provided straight away. Rooms does state bikes are available, even though I did select yes to use these no information was provided about this - in the end didn’t need to use so didn’t enquiry further about.
