Lovely resort, very friendly and helpful staff, super accommodating. Our room was upgraded which was a nice surprise. Nice and clean. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but we did look at the menu and it looked like good value for money. Close to Froggyland.
The pool didn’t seem overly clean and I couldn’t see any sun beds, so we didn’t use this facility. Although not a problem for shorter stays and the resort is close to a waterpark.

Breakfast was quite a poor selection.
On check in we were given a room which was really a poor standard. The room was dirty, had mosquitoes, toilet was deplorable and no toilet rolls or soap was provided. Also the toilet flush was not working and there was no reception on the TV. We were really upset and only after complaining to the reception, we were quickly moved to an alternate room which was really beautiful and to our expectations.
