Location and easy access to public transport

The bed was single and very uncomfortable. The pillow did not allow a comfortable sleep. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom.

Wir haben keinerlei beschwerde. Lage ist gut, nah an der Ubahn und wenn man einfach eine Ferienwohnung sucht, erfüllt die alle Zwecke. Alles war Sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

5min Fußweg zur TÜV Akadamie war hervorragend. U-Bahn-Haltestelle war nur 2min entfernt. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wer kochen möchte, braucht alle Grundutensilien wie Öl, Gewürze und co. Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Lage bzw. die Gegend in Nürnberg an sich ist furchtbar. Das Haus ist auch nicht gerade vertrauenerweckend. Die Eingangstür ist Tag und Nacht offen und alle möglichen Personen können jederzeit in das Haus gelangen. Es riecht leider auch unangenehm im gesamten Haus, sodass es leider auch im Appartement riecht. Lüften hilft nur temporär. Bad ist zweckmäßig, nur die Wanne könnte mal erneuert werden.

The apartments is new, spacious and clean. It has a queen size bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa. It also has a beautiful balcony and all the kitchen amenities.

It's a biit away from the old town but the subway station is just 1 min from the apt!

The apartment was very clean and totally equipped, I mean vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Even soap for the washing machine. It's nice to see instructions everywhere as well. The owners are nice and helpful people 👍

The building entrance, stairs and hallway aren't so clean, meaning that you sometimes see paper and tissue on the floor and trash bags in front of apartment entrances, denoting the nature of the inhabitants rather than the carelessness of the landlord

The apartment was nice. I liked that it has a washer. The dryer rack took care of the drying. The kitchen area was adequate for basic meal prep. Aldi was about a 10 min walk away.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

The key was not where it was supposed to be but the host was very easy to contact and we were in the room in no time.

very bad experience, apartment wasn’t nice (pictures are absolutely misleading), building was scary, bathroom/shower disgusting (for example shower handle was broken, at OBI a new one costs 20 eur c’mon). I really don’t understand other people feedbacks
