Air con wasn’t the best so it made it really hot and the bathroom floor was a little dirty

Was a bit hard getting out of bed as the bed was very close to the wall on either side.

朝食が美味しかった。スタッフが親切だった。ロケーションが良かった。他のゲストが親切だった。周りに猫が沢山いたけれどもどの猫もある程度太っていて賢くて可愛かった。一番入口に近いお部屋だったので、セキュリティーと騒音が気になったけれども、鍵をかけたら誰も入ってこないから大丈夫だった。疲れていたから騒音も気にならず、ぐっすりと寝た。タオルが清潔だった。お湯も出た。トイレットペーパーがあった。手洗い石鹸もあった。ベッドに蚊帳があったので虫に刺される心配はなかった。家具や内装はインスタ映え。

私に割り当てられた部屋がとてもカビ臭かった。ファンを回してもカビ臭さは消えなかった。健康的に、貸してはいけないレベルでカビ臭かった。一番入口に近いお部屋だったので、セキュリティーと騒音が気になったけれども、鍵をかけたら誰も入ってこないから大丈夫だった。ヘアドライヤーがなかった。ドアの前の客引きと物乞いがしつこかった。カード決済ができなかった。

Great location for exploring Stonetown. It was very peaceful. Breakfast was the usual with fruit and eggs. The icing on the cake was home-made jam. It was so good that I took a glass home with me.

It stank when we arrived. Apparently they were painting the hallway with bad paint. I was missing a shelf and a hanger in the room so that I could put something out of my backpack. The only disposal option was the ground.

The location

I paid in advance. When I arrived, I had to pay a city tax which was more than what my stay cost. And the payment had to be in cash. There is no point paying In advance if I have to pay again. I’ve stayed in other places in Zanzibar and not been required to do this.

The rate was good but tax wasn’t included. So that made it more than expected.

The beds and window haven't got mosquitoes nets, the sheets had some holes and there was only a little table as furniture. Besides, they didn't give us any towels and one mattress was not flat. The water tab was a tiny stream, difficult to wash your hands with.

The breakfast was nice. In a good location, close to Forodhani and Tembo hotel. Staff were nice. The hotel was clean - toilet, bathroom and the restaurant, etc.

The bed was terrible and too much noise. The towels were not nice, the bed sheets were awful - polyester and very sweaty. Lots of mosquitoes but no mosquito nets. Nowhere to hang clothes - no wardrobe or cupboard.

Super nice staff trying on their best to make the stay comfortable. The hostel is suited in the very center of Stonetown and its easy to get anywhere from there.

The room was getting really hot at night having just one small window to the hallway and no proper ventilation in the front part of the room. The window and door to the hallway and the reception made it quite noisy. The beds had no nets and unfortunately it didn’t seem like there were other measures taken to keep mosquitos away as we got bitten quite a lot at night. In the price or description its not properly understandable that there is a tax of 9$ per person and night added which gave us quite a bad surprise arriving there on a low budget and then not being able to pay by card at the property.
