Ambiance, location, value for money and a good place to spent time with family

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers good value for money overall. The location is quite isolated, so you’ll need to take a tuk tuk to reach shops and restaurants, which is something to keep in mind when booking. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In our first room, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but once we reported it, they quickly moved us to a much larger room downstairs without any fuss, which we really appreciated. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly sufficient for our needs. While the location may not be the most convenient, the quality of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff made for a pleasant stay overall.

The room is huge! It is really nicely designed as well. Wifi was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was decent. You pick a drink and two sides, e.g Poha and a sandwich. The cafe out the front is lovely and well known for Chai.

Hotels right on a busy road so be prepared for that. Even for short journeys a tuktuk would be a good idea. The showers were cold, fridge didn’t work, and there were some insects in the room. However we don’t consult reception to get these issues rectified during our stay.

I really liked the staff - a man on a reception took his time and helped in buying tickets for a bus with his card. Everyone was polite and helpful
