Bathroom was clog only gave us one roll of toilet paper no one available to help

Convenient location for the purpose of my trip. It was quiet enough to sleep It was really nice to see the Ocean in the morning The Rio Mar grounds are beautiful and well kept The pool gets cleaned in the mornings

The Wifi never provided full connectivity. I was able connect to a network that allowed no data across all my devices. The same device wiould connect elsewhere in Puerto Rico but not in the room. Bad! It was a bit hard to find the correct elevators, no breakfast restaurant options in Rio Mar because of Covid. Was told to park in the wrong spot.

Location was wonderful! The outside facilities staff were very friendly and polite! We didn’t have any cleaning staff so cannot assess. The person who helped us find the apartment worked in the real estate office and was very nice. We appreciated the kitchen was available with toaster and coffee pot but it would be fabulous to have at least enough coffee for the first day! Thank you for providing a washer and dryer and enough soap for a couple of washes! Thank you for good beach/pool towels! I hope the criticism below helps the owner upgrade because the location and potential are great!

The sleeping facilities needed work! The comforter didn’t look very clean- should be replaced with a new one with duvet cover that can be washed between guests! The bedding needs to be upgraded (currently very thin sheets that should be replaced!) and an extra set that fits the mattress should be provided so the guests can change out mid-stay. There should be a mattress cover. The shower faucet was tricky to set and shower curtain needed to be cleaned (mildewed). Please provide a toilet brush.
