Location is on the beach😀

Bathroom needs a reparation.

The location is excellent, very close to a lovely beach, at the end of Nikiti, no noisy bars or restaurants in the evening, lovely house with all amenities. The host was very helpful. Ideal for families and all who want a nice quiet vacation.

The mobile network coverage is not good (no fault of the host), you will need to use the wifi in the house.

Beautiful maisonet Close to The beach -20 meters, just Crossing The street to take a bath, quiet areas for family resting , only 5 minutes walking to restaurants area. Small distances - between 10 minutes up to 1 hour maximum to all other beautiful beaches in Sithonia region.

The accommodation is for 7-8 people- rooms are very good and large , but just one bathroom with a small shower is not enough . Maybe another shower it will be nice to be added in the toilet from the downstairs area.

We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights and we were 5 adults and two small kids. The rooms and the beds were enough for all of us and it was convenient for the whole family so in terms of space it's definitely more than enough. The location was also great - a little aside from the main street with restaurants and other stuff but on the other hand - it was calm and peaceful and right next to the beach. Dimitris was a very nice host and supported us with everything we needed.

As a little disadvantage can be mentioned the fact that the house had only one bathroom. If you take it and use it in full capacity (three bedrooms and additional sofa in the living room, which makes beds for 8 people) one bathroom is definitely not enough but it was fine at the end I guess.

It is super close to the beach. The 2 terraces and 2 balconies are just fascinating. 2 of them have beautiful view to the sea, the 2 other is just super to hide and chill a little bit. Dimitris is really-really kind and very helpful. There are plenty of other beaches in the area worth visiting.

Some of the mattresses were rather uncomfortable (they were extra soft and thin)

The owner is so helpful beyond his duties... The House was in a closed compound with parking included. Beach is just front of the compound and there is space for BBQ

No much space to put all the luggage x 6 persons
