La relación calidad-precio está bien. No son unos grandes apartamentos pero cumplen su función si vas a estar todo el día fuera de turismo. La ubicación es cercana a Ciutdadella y a la carretera general de la isla, lo que te permite moverte fácilmente. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestra llegada, informándonos de cuando se quedará el apartamento libre antes de la hora de check-in

Falta mantenimiento, nos quedamos encerrados dos veces dentro del baño porque la manilla de la puerta no funcionaba. Además, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba y la alcachofa se caía. También faltaba limpieza, nos encontramos una colilla y el suelo no muy limpio.

La ubicación a 20 min de ciutadella, la cala n'bosch...

Las humedades que había en el apartamento y la humedad en general, hacia que el apartamento estuviese frío todo el día y la ropa oliese mal ... También había muchos mosquitos y tuvimos que comprar un insecticida. La cama no era cómoda, todos los días nos levantábamos con dolor de espalda

I am putting some time to write this review to help other visitors and to help Antonio improve his place. Visited: august 2023. Before booking this place, I read on booking and I saw people putting 10/10 and other putting bad notes, I think I have a part of the answer for this difference... We liked Antonio, friendly and welcoming. You feel at ease at arrival by talking to him. He made 'check in' simple and quick, less than 5 minutes:-). The Fridge was very clean upon arrival. also floor bed and sheets. Toilets were clean as well. The set up of these apartment is very original, you enter from the small terrace, it felt like a big family house but in this case you did not know the other members of the family :). We liked it. Being outside most of the time terrace/pool with the children. The children loved it. Plenty of pool toys around the pool and children played with each other. Air condition was working fine in living room (not in bed room), I think it is newly installed, this is why some feedbacks on booking were criticizing the heat. There was always a parking place nearby even when coming late at midnight from the Ciutadella that is a must visit and 20 minutes away. The apartment is around 55 minutes from the airport, driving there is easy and straight forward.

Nothing serious! I did not have any expectation when I went there as the idea was to be on boats half of our the time. If someone comes here and have in mind 4 and 5 starts hotels, he will for sure be disappointed and leave bad feedback! For improvement of this lovely tiny place, I would advise Antonio to change the pool towels (the current ones are old/torn and feel more like a cover sheet) and to let the cleaning staff clean a bit more in details. The douche pressure was weak in our apartment when you 'go right' for cold water. Basic kitchen cleaning kit would be handful. Other than that all-in-all, everything was very good. Thank you Antonio for making our stay so beautiful.

The place is just fantastic! Antonio the manager of the place was very reactive before, during and after check-in. He has welcome us in a very warm way. The quite of the place, the pool and the apartment are perfect to spend your vacation in Menorca. The apartment was very clean, with AC in the kitchen-leaving room, the fan was located in the bedroom. The shower was big and the water run very well. We found all the necesseray in the kitchen to prepare food and picnic to bring with us to the beach and a big pluc was 2 sunshades, that's very good idea so the guests doesn't need to buy. We saw 2 BBQs but we didn't use during our stay, waht we found very useful was the 2 washing machines in the laundry room, which you can use for FREE ( not many places offer that), also equiped of iron and ironboard, plus free WIFI. We haven't got the housekeeper during our stay, but it wasn't really necessary, in the apartment there is a broom and a dustpan so everyone can keep the place clean during the stay. Morever, havent' got towels changed, but having the laundry free to use we could wash them quickly or ask just Antonio to get them changed( I'm sure he would have done that ), that wasn't an issue for us, since the laundry was good solution. Renting a car was very good idea and near the houses, we always got a place to park. We really recommend the place to whom would like to discover beaches during the day, then go back to the apartment and spend sometime at the pool, and rest in very quite place. We dont' have any negative feedback for our stay! 100% recommended!

- grocery shop close by - we found a cafe as well for breakfast close by (about 1-2 miles) - our son had a gala time in the pool. He even made friends which made it a fulfilling stay for him - beach in walking distance was a addon

- did get some mosquito bites. So carrying insect repellent or cream is suggested

Costa Menorca Apartments were a happy mixture of traditional Menorcan apartments with modern conveniences. We had everything we needed for a great self-catering holiday. The laundry facility was a huge bonus. Antonio is a very attentive and helpful host. The complex is small and friendly, so much nicer than the oversized ones. The pool, garden, and barbecue facility were all well used. Would highly recommend.
