Pitch darkness during loadshedding. Unit needed a clean as there was hair everywhere. Uninterested guards in parking lot when asking for assistance to find the designated parking for the unit.

The aircon and plugs in the room did not work, only a tiny window for fresh air. bed was broken and no welcome from staff, The owner couldn't be reached. The room was dirty - wasn't even swept after the last person who had stayed there. Staff e very unprofessional. The owner still has not got back to us regarding a refund even though we didnt staff because of the terrible conditions
