I Liked that somone was there to help me check in and helped with the begs and ensure that I arrived well..... Bed and pillow awesome... Was pleased that someone greeted me to take the keys before I went home facility even had washing machine and great wifi..... TV ...not sure how to control though to find the specific movie we want to watch

I was afraid as we went to the back of the building (underneath) at the parking for entrance ...which was scary coz i arrived night time... heard parking was difficult ...but I did not experience it as I did not have car....

Very clean and the view is spectacular from the balcony. The property is spacious and can accommodate a big group of friends and family. The person in charge was super helpful and very professional.

(1) Thoughtfulness of the host - hyper consumer aware. Detailed instructions for checking in and out. There were bottled water available on arrival. Complete set of utensils and cutleries for use. There was also filtered water which means drinking water available at all times. A bathroom stool was provided for my wheelchair bound mother which made it easy for her to shower. My mother was very comfortable throughout her stay there. Liquid handsoap were available in all bathrooms and kitchen. 2 large beds in each room which means that we don't need to share beds. (2) Cleanliness. The place was very clean and everything was provided to ensure that we can also help keep the place clean.

Absence of Floor towel for when we come out of the shower. If there were Washing machine and dryer, that will be bonus.
