Great location for exploring Swan Valley area. Nicely settled amongst the orchards, lovely produce shop on-site selling the best toasted sandwiches and coffee. Local shops a short drive away. Accommodation is modern, has decent sized bedrooms, massive bathroom and a glow in the dark floor.
Could do with a bit of routine maintenance. Missing bulb in bedside lamp, ceiling light not working in another bedroom, no bedside lamps in another bedroom. Some of the plates and cutlery had food residue. Also the outdoor area had some random washing hanging up and a washer and dryer that seemed to placed in bad position.

Loved the natural surrounds yet close proximity to shops and restaurants. Absolutely LOVED having the little cafe with cabinet food at the front of property, as going for a coffee then a walk back to the lake to stroll was one of the highlights of my stay. The birdlife in mini orchards surrounding our room was a beautiful experience.

Beautiful location, smells wonderful with the orange and lemon tees. Well set out with plenty of room, has potential to be so much bette than it is. Ali, the manager was helpful and responsive.
Very disappointed. No WiFi (advertised as having). No Tv for 3 nights had no Ariel to it.. No working washing machine (offered thd use if another cabins but this was awkward with other guests staying there). No hairdryer. No kettle or toaster (we had to buy our own) Only half the bbq worked. Only 2 cups and 2 glasses. Cost us a fortune in extras to stay here.
