it was close to the shopping centre

Very comfort, clean place. There is everything in the kitchen to prepair breakfast for dinner. There is a big shopping center very close. Parking is free in the area. Owner was very nice- he prepared the place earlier wich helped us a lot after morning flight. This place is perfect for people with car, who wants to travel the island.

Parking is free, but sometimes you have to look for place in the area. Sometimes we had to leave the car on the neighbor street (wich was not a problem for us, but some people don't like it). Place is good for people with car, because it is quite far to walk to the sea or other attractions.

Great location for me & the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Fantastic value for money.

The apartment was superb, everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with a modern approach. Great lighting once you work out the switches. Plenty of storage space and a washing machine. There is also a contained drying area. Quite, Clean and fresh smelling with all facilities needed. No oven, bur a microwave and induction hob, sufficient for simple cooking and reheating food. A sharp knife would help, but a minor point. Shower was spacious with overhead rainfall and spray hose and water was always hot Astray attachment by the toilet basin provided bidet use which a nice touch. All in all, very impressed and Stefano, the host, a message away for any help needed.

Vecindario had a nice shopping area with many cafes and bars, but really only one restaurant as such, which was good, but.. The area is well connected with buses, once you work out the routes, download the global app, it helps. Other than that, a car really would make a massive difference. The nearest coast is a 2 mile walk, which is fine, but its not the most exciting or enthralling. To get to Las Palmas, Puerto Rico is an hour plus on the bus and then you have everything you could imagine. Beaches, restaurants, bars shops, etc. Lad Palmas is very diverse in what it offers from narrow cobbled streets, to the hustle and bustle of a city, plus beautiful beaches. By contrast Puerto Rico is more commercialised but has some spectacular walks and views and the best place to watch the sunset. There is a ferry taxi , boat trips and much more along with access to the lesser populated regions of the west coast.

The location is great in the east of the island. Walk distance to a big mall with great local popularity. Easy to drive to most of the sights. The small apartment has basically everything a family needs.

The washing machine in the bathroom is very old and smells. The ventilation in the bathroom could be improved.
