Great property, great location

the closeness to town, facilities and the beach

Good property. Plenty of room. So close to the beach
Unfortunately lots of ants all through the property. Main bathroom and bedrooms. Flickering lights downstairs meant we had to keep the light on all night so it didn’t annoy the children flickering.

heating was insufficient for time of year we visited

Situated directly opposite Murray’s Beach. Great living room space and balcony. Just a couple of blocks from town and the main Sawtell Beach. Comfortable beds and well appointed main bathroom. Secure garage with remote control access.
Though spacious, perhaps too many stairs if you have young children or elderly guests.
Perhaps the decor could do with an update but the pluses far outweigh the minuses.

The closeness to th beach
The size of the kitchen, the driveway was difficult to get into and out of and the locks were tricky to use.

Walking distance to good coffee shops and restaurants in town. Across the road from the beach with nice walks. Garage available for undercover parking, good balcony for entertaining.
Dirty dishes in cupboard, dishwasher didn’t work,BBQ was not cleaned.

Fabulous location, layout and space. A well supplied house, was nice to have ample items for use.
Needs updating, Ensuite and Dishwasher need upgrade, we needed to rewash everything.

Location was fabulous. The property was large and clean and had all you need. However it was quite out dated. This wasn’t too much of a concern for us as we didn’t feel we had to be too precious with everything. Sawtell is lovely and the restaurants were exceptional.
Wifi access would be a major improvement.

Location is outstanding Great place for a family holiday across the road from a beautiful dog friendly section of the beach.
The three level apartment could prove tricky. The main bedroom on the top floor has no Aircon and maybe hot over the summer months but the seabreeze could also definitely help to cool things down.
