Had an issue with figuring out accessing the actual facility, then accessing our room. Call Marcelo, who promptly sent over his sister and her husband who were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Her husband even helped us to retrieve our luggage that had been stored at a luggage storage facility nearby! Because of their assistance, we had no further difficulty. We liked the location; we walked to nearby restaurants, coffee shops and could easily get a taxi just around the corner. Thank you, thank you; it was wonderful!
The stairs going up to the lift would have been troublesome with heavy luggage but fortunately we had help both with arrival and departing.

1. Communication was excellent, clear instructions.
2 Room was clean, towels were new and fluffy.
3. Room is an adequate size, do not expect anything larger for the central location, it is adequate.
4. Tends to get expensive, so it's best to book early.
5. Location is good, near the Pantheon and Piazza N.
1. AC to the room was individually controlled within the room. The thermostat was prone to extreme swings -- it gets war or it gives out FULL BLAST Ac that was freezing in the midst of the night as the room did not come with an AC quilt. Rather all that was supplied was a thin sheet + thin cotton layer (thinner than an AC-quilt). 1) Hot water in the shower was intermittent, perhaps the heater did not replenish fast enough as multiple rooms may be using at the same time.

Great location
Tired, needs a refresh, lack of in person contact

The location of this property is one of the best parts about this accommodation. Located across from Piazza Navona and walking is possible to all landmarks.
The property was very good with communication, we had a power outage on the first night which was inconvenient, but Ele was quick to come and inspect and give us an update.
The shower took a really long time to heat up and the shower pressure when warm was not very good.
Air conditioning was good, however you could not adjust the fan or go below 22°c, which at night was perfect but after being out in the sun all day, it wasn’t very refreshing. Still lucky to have an aircon in Rome.
