The incredible location - we loved spending the night on such a beautiful island, seeing the stars, waking up early to see the sunrise! Our butler was also very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great.

The bubble could do with a spring clean and also wasn’t as private as we expected. The beach near the bubble was over crowded with lots of sun loungers. The dinner was disappointing, especially for how expensive the stay was - the food wasn’t great and it was on the beach, which sounded lovely, but in reality there were lots of rats running around which was quite distracting!

The Banyantreebubble was a dream! Waking up to the sound of a trillion birds inhabited in the tree and falling asleep in our own colorful microcosm to the sounds of discussing Tamraks and beautiful soaring flying foxes. And when the lights were off, embraced by a thousand stars… what else to ask for?

(the floodlight at the entrance of the bubble was too bright - reducing a bit of the atmosphere, maybe worth changing to something more delightful)

The bubble are just an incredible experience. The place and the beach are just awesome. In the bubble you have everything you need! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. To sum up just amazing.

The water flow in the shower was weak and not great shower. There were some problems in the room but the stuff were came to help and repair what we needed.

Unparalleled location on your own (after 5pm) private island with incredible beach. The bubble itself was a fantastic experience and very different from anything we have ever done before. Although a little small (but it’s a bubble!) it has all the amenities you would expect. The staff were exceptional and on hand to help with anything. A round of golf was included on the amazing course on the island.

The entire experience was amazing! It was the best ecotourism concept we have ever stayed in. This is another tick off our bucketlist. Our first experience on a bubble and eco lodge. It was a mix of Having the feel of the outdoors while still experiencing the luxury of modern living.We stayed at the sea and lake view bubble lodge during our 1st night. We enjoyed relaxing by the beach during the day,the lakeviews at sunset and stargazing while snuggled in our cozy beds at night. You get to experience the best that nature has to offer. You are seneraded by the chirping or the birds in the morning and the sounds of tranquility at night. Our butler Manosh was very attentitve and accomodating. You are provided by a nokia cellphone on each lodge for contact to your butler or any emergency services. To add value to service, we where given a free golf lesson session as an activity. This was a pleasant surprise for us. Manosh was so accomodating he was able to convince us to extend our stay for another night. We were lucky that the tidal lake ecolodge was free the next day and Manosh was able help arrange the bookings with ease and at a discount for us. It turned out that our decision to extend was the best decision ever. The eco lodge turned out to be even a more amazing experience for us. It is a more premium lodge compared to the sea and lake view. It was much bigger in area with a pond infront of the porch where you are encourged to feed the fishes. Fish feeds are given to you upon your request. The lodge has a shade by the front window you can put up or down upon your liking anytime during the day to provide coverage from the sun if it gets too hot. Our stay for both night are on half board basis. The food was delicious. Dinner is exceptional, You are offered a 3 course meal with ample selections. The portions are quite filling. We are very satisfied and enjoyed our meals. Breakfast is pretty basic with your choice of eggs with ham, cheese and bacon.

Nothing to mention. Everything was exceptional.

The setting is one of a kind, unforgettable and so unique. Really comfortable in the lodge and spacious. Stunning views and the beach is amazing. Food at the beach was great. Air conned in the lodge but you can’t go in there during the day as it’s so hot from the sun.

The golf club shuts at night at there are only the bubble lodge residents (4 lodges worth of people) and the skeleton staff. The food at dinner is ok but there isn’t any atmosphere because such a small amount of people. Breakfast is fine but not fresh bread, juice or butter etc. Some of the staff quite dismissive and unfriendly. The complimentary golf - you still have to rent clubs, balls, glove, buggy which comes to about £130. And there was a tournament at the same time so we couldn’t complete 4 holes. then told the next day you would have to pay to hire everything again if we wanted to complete the holes.

it was fantastic. Nice service and nice view. The stay was unforgettable. I would highly recommend the room with sea view so that you could enjoy the private beach and starring night.

It was a great experience to stay in the Bubbel Logde. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very kind. Our butler Naiko was fantastic. The food was delicious and they were generous in both breakfast and dinner. BUBBLE Banyan Tree is the most private bubble.

top spot, once in a lifetime experience

It was one of the most interesting and unique experiences. The room is 3 connected bubbles (entrance hall, sleeping room and a toilet). The walls are glassy and in the night you look at the stars, you can hear the wildlife as well. But it doesn't bother you in the night at all. In 100 meters there is a private beech, it's only for you and golf players. The only thing is you should be careful with the sea bottom, and the depth is hardly a meter (hard to swim). There are only 4 bubbles surrounded by the golf club. All its' facilities are available. Breakfasts and dinners are included, the restaurant is very good.

I understand that it's not the hotel's fault but the sea close to the beech is not deep. There are other beeches on the island, I'm sure you can find other better options for swimming. I didn't find other negatives.

Food was INCREDIBLE!!! Excellent chef! Location was stunning. Butler service was highly efficient. Free golf lesson and green fees was a nice touch. All staff were super friendly and accommodation.

Comfort of the sofa bed. Perhaps a mattress topper for added comfort. Currently the sofa bed has a deep crease down the middle which doesn't make it overly comfortable for a good night sleep.

From beginning until the end it was an amazing experience. The bubble team consists of amazing people who are friendly, professional and with high regard for detail (special shout out to Mukesh). One might say this is a bit of a pricy stay but it's definitely worth every penny. The reception, the location, the dinner and breakfast (so good), the bubble is so cool and relaxing and the private beach is simply amazing. If you need something, just ask and they'll do their best to help you.

The only things I could say is firstly the shower (!) the bubble lodge is amazing but has an outdoor shower which is okay provided a) the weather is good and b) there is no wind, because the bamboo sticks surrounding the shower allow ALL the wind to get through. Secondly the communication between yourself and the butler is sometimes a bit hard. I guess that's the price to pay for such extraordinary privacy and quietness so I wouldn't necessarily call this a major problem. All in all the butler was on time when we called him and very helpful.

Great service, both butlers are great hosts. Bubble lodge Banyan is the most private. There is a partial stone wall closing it off to the path and golf course, the tree takes care of the rest :). We experienced it as a magical experience. Relaxed atmosphere.Bed was comfy. Outdoor shower was great! Everything was clean. Dinner in the golf club house was good. Breakfast ok, very huge portions. Golf lesson was fun and instructor was excellent. Could stay on Ile aux Cerfs rest of day after check out, before using transfer ferry back to Mauritius main island.
