the environment, pool and evening entertainment on the campsite, good working aircon in the mobile home

it is a bit old for the price. Swimming pool does not have enough beds, area around the pool nor very clean. area around the mobile home noicy. one night we did not have warm water, it was solved after a couple of hours.

Hellocamp is a wholesaler, they have camping houses in various camps. We were in Camping Free Time in Marina di Bibbona and it was very OK: location, shuttle to the beach, pool, shop etc. Hellocamp houses are in the center of camp - a perfect spot. No Russians in June 2022, so very clean and quiet, 90% guests from Italy.

Everything was great except the internet - both WiFi and mobile net were weak during rush hours. It means that if you plan to work while your family is resting, you will have to do it at night or early in the morning. The fitness hall was also out of service, but aqua-fitness in the pool was very nice. Animation for kids only in Italian.

Camping ist located quite near to the sea, about 15min walk, short distance along the street then through charming pine forrest, it's mostly quiet (but we were end of season) or you take shuttle Pool is nice There was one guy (camping stuff) very friendly and customer oriented (shuttle driver ;-))

We had to move to another mobilehome because the first one had a broken fridge, broken lamps, no warm water, was dirty and so on....second one was better but in a bad shape (broken bathroom fictures, broken screws (with small children a no go!!)not enough kitchen ware for exemple knives, plates (room is for 5persons but there was only 4 each) hosts could only be reached per phone -> receptionist from camping ground was not in charge so didnt help us in case of problems (in our opinion really strange!), receptionist didnt inform about shuttle scedule or store hours or fitness use neither... Wifi only in public pool area and even there unstable connection!

Joe is great and very helpful! He made it above and beyond! Beaches are very good around this camp.

There were not properly working Internet at the camp: free Wi-Fi is overloaded - OK, kind of expected. But even the paid Wi-Fi from Vodafone was so bad that even Skype calls would not work. Downloading emails would be OK, though. Every day there is a loud music in the nearby camp until 23:30... and the problem is that songs are exactly the same and in the same order every day: after two weeks we learned them all :(
