We had a wonderful stay at Le Capitole. The location is excellent, right on the famous Promenade des Anglais and just a few steps from the beach, many great cafes, restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby. The Old Town 15 min walk and other main areas of Nice are also easily accessible by walking. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the windows face a beautiful courtyard, which makes the apartment very quiet and relaxing despite the central location. The large balcony was also wonderful to have. We had everything we needed for our stay, and Angelo, the host, was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved everything. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more mirrors, as there was only one in the bathroom.

Everything was great and it was a perfect location. We were told though that the linen would be changed as we were there for 6 nights but that did not happen . Aside from this everything was great

Linen to be changed after at least 4 nights

Lovely location, very comfortable

Pillows on the bed could have been more substantial
