We loved our stay in Mary’s apartment — views over Mission Bay were lovely, the ocean was an easy walk, SeaWorld was minutes away, our kids appreciated the bunk room, and we enjoyed the games and fireplace during unseasonably chilly evenings. Mary was a kind and responsive host.

We loved it! The sunrises were amazing and the large living and dining room windows gave us a fantastic view. There are two balconies, one of which faces east to watch the sunrise, if it's warm enough. The home has everything you need for your stay and is very comfortable. Large showers, comfy mattresses, multiple tvs, fast wifi, two balconies, and more. There is a harbor and grass/sand right outside. The ocean is two blocks away and an easy walk. The host provides a lot of toys, like bikes, paddle board, beach chairs, and cooler. Shopping and dining was also very close. We met the owners while they performed maintenance on another rental. They were very friendly and gave us some good recommendations for dining. We would love to come back some day!

We enjoyed the property and location, it was clean and pleasantly decorated, and we felt that the property manager was responsive and very helpful. We spent Thanksgiving week at the property and the kitchen was well equipped (only criticism is to get more wine glasses! :-). We did not raise this to the property manager, so I don’t ding the property for this, but the shared/guest parking spot was occupied the entire time by the other tenants, which was unfair of them, as it was clearly stated as a shared spot. Our guests were not able to use it even once over the course of the week. That aside, we had a really great stay and would rent this property again. Thank you!

What a great place to stay. There is so much space, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s clean, so comfortable and the sunrises are unbelievable! Everything you need for a fabulous trip is provided- boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys and bikes! And the location simply can’t be beat. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for my family it had everything you would need for a trip and more. The location was perfect for teens and little ones. We really enjoyed it and hope to come back again.

We spend nearly a week with my parents (in their 70s), husband, and toddler. Pros: -Location - the house is just steps from the bay and across the street from the ocean. -Beach items on the property -Good communication with the host. She arranged with our Rent4Baby crib to be delivered and picked up while we were not at the property. -Comfortable beds -Nightly views of the SeaWorld fireworks Cons: -AC - it is my fault for not realizing at booking that there is only portable AC units in the bedrooms. They work well, but the main living space gets quite hot with just the use of fans. If you were out and about during the middle of the day, you probably wouldn’t even notice it; but having a toddler who needed to come back and nap, we couldn’t avoid the heat in the living space. The fans needed a good dusting too. -There are two tile steps that lead down to two of the bedrooms. It was ultimately fine, but another FYI for those with young children. -My mom who has had a knee replacement struggled on the stairs (again, something to keep in mind for certain people). -A few items in the house were damaged/worn down but fine.

Beautiful property! The amenities were wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need! Comfortable beds, all amenities in house. Just bring yourself! Bikes, paddle boards, sand toys and even a wagon. Wonderful location on harbor and a block from beach! The host was very accommodating! We will definitely stay again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is so big and roomy! We fit 6 people comfortably and didn’t feel crowded at all. The bedrooms, bathrooms and showers are huge. It has 2 great balconies that have terrific views. And it is located in an amazing spot right along the bay. The host was also great - very responsive and polite. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The only thing I’d add is that the bay beach in front of this condo has “danger” signs all over it since this is a drainage area from the street. Kids will not be able to play on the green algae sand close to the water or in the water at the bay. You’ll have to walk to the beach at the ocean which is across the street or walk to one of the other bays without the danger signs.

Everything was perfect. Very clean (living room rugs need some cleaning), organized, great accommodations. The manager was available anytime for questions etc-super helpful. Excellent location right on Mission Bay. I highly recommend the house for all ages. Our grandkids used the sand toys and beach towels. Thank you very much for a great trip.

We were looking for something near the beach to celebrate my 40th birthday. This was the best choice and the best price. Such a beautiful little spot with tons of seating and beds. The view of the bay was wonderful to wake up to! The property manager was kind, courteous, and made our stay delightful.

This was a beautiful place, great location, bay just outside, beach across the street. Well supplied, 3 bedrooms were very private. Great family vacation rental!

This house is perfectly designed for a small family. My wife and I brought our kids (ages 3 and 4) to this house and it was amazing. All of the beds were clean and the house was efficiently laid out - there is a King Sized room next to the kids room in case parents want to sleep near the kids, as well as a master suite up front in case they prefer a little distance! Being on the bay side with the smaller kids was ideal, as the bay side beach doesn’t get nearly as busy as the Oceanside. So less risks to manage as a parent. We were also right near a market which made getting milk, wine, etc. easy. And a 5-10 min walk from the big boardwalk area with all of the restaurants. Once we parked we didn’t need the car again until we went to LegoLand! The check-in process was really easy, and the owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this listing, and we will be back for sure!

outstanding property. Great Location. Spacious. Clean. Did not need anything for the beach because they have it all. I will stay here again. Property manager was excellent and quickly responsive to my questions. Beds were awesome and it is quiet at night so I got some much needed rest. Will definitely stay here again..

It was equipped with all the basics like dishes, pots and pans, bowls, etc. plus laundry detergent, plenty of towels, , and beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and even a Pack n Play for my grandson to sleep in. It was great not having to bring all that with us. The location is perfect. The bay is right outside the door if you want a quiet and relaxing day or walk one block to the ocean. Belmont Amusement Park and many small restaurants and markets are within a 10 minute walk. The only thing that could make this condo better would be if it had central air conditioning. The living room/kitchen area got a little warm in the afternoons. The bedrooms all have free standing air conditioners that work well. The owners were very easy to communicate with, making it a pleasant experience all around.
