Check in was nightmare... especially late at night. Front desk had no idea on guests arriving. Plush management was extremely uncooperative .. wanted cash at all times, when my partner arrived 1 day later had to go through the whole drama again. not impressed .. will never stay here again.

helaas begaf de gordijn het 2 x en de verlengstuk van de bank laat steeds los. blijft niet haken omdat de haken wat loszitten. misschien aan te raden wat meer handdoeken en een stofzuiger om zelf ook schoon te maken

EST also known as Alila Bangsar; If you are taking First Coach, this is probably the best location for it. Connected by bridge from Bangsar MRT. Across the bridge there's Family mart, zus coffee and many others so it is convenient. On the Ground Floor of this building there's Botanica + Co cafe/restaurant too As they are unable to charge my credit card via booking . com, I was able to use WISE transfer for payment option for both payment and refund. Provided shampoo, body wash, dish soap, towels, instant coffee, toilet bidet, glass and mugs. This unit in particular is not facing the train track so theres no noise. Self check in guide was clear (there will be security check which will record/write down your name, IC/passport number, no of pax before u enter the mailbox area to collect the access card) Easy to get Grab Prompt customer service

Need to use alternative payment method(they are unable to charge via booking . com using their system). Had to call booking.com several times to understand the issue. They tried to charge via booking.com and indeed they couldnt. If u are uncomfortable paying via a link/bank transfer which will be provided perhaps this is not for you. Only 1 access card will be given which is quite inconvenient but we managed. The loft section upstairs was very dusty (brother is allergic to dust so he sneezed a lot as a result). The stairs were steep too so need to take extra care when coming down. The toilet and kitchen cabinet were not the cleanest. If you keep food on the table/rubbish there will be ants so need to clean up in a timely manner.

Probably can add one mirror outside the bathroom for convenient use when it comes to large group stay.
