The location is really cool, very cozy little neighborhood. Home was nice and we really enjoyed the space.

There was confusion on whether there was access to the pool or not. Hot tub was not clean, the rest of the house was pretty clean. I will say the staff member just came out to clean it the next day was very nice and thorough in taking care of the tub.

The house is fine. The neighborhood is lovely.

The listing included photos of the community pool, but after we arrived we learned the pool can only be accessed with a key card which was not provided. We would not have booked this property if it hadn't been clearly implied there would be a swimming pool available. We were only seeking a rental **with pool availability** for our kids. Our vacation was ruined by this dishonest listing and we are absolutely livid.

the stairs going down to the beach access was a work out for sure. but nothing the property could have done differently

house was freezing wgen we arrived and it took for ever to warm up is all.

The parking was difficult. Driveway was steep and small

Excellent area for kids, nice and roomy.

Walk to the beach is a bit, but nice area
