Great view of the city, central location

The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is huge! There is a lot of space and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved how clean it was and the decoration was beautiful. Rebecca gave us good tips for restaurants and was nice when we met. The view is stunning and it was worth the stairs.

The shower downstairs needs some work: the shower head was not good (it was quite blocked) and the shower door kept falling from the rail (it might need some repairs). Also, be aware that there is no option for luggage storage at the train station, and the host did not offer a feasible place for us to leave the luggage during the day (we left Perugia earlier for this reason) - the suggested place was a restaurant which does not open on Sundays and just opens after midday on Mondays (by that time we were gone already).

Great location and view on centro storico.

Parking is quite remote and expensive. Kitchen is not equipped enough, there is no even coffee for the morning.

There was warming problem. Room usually was cold.

Right at the edge of the pedestrian area of Perugia means it is close to everything. Next door restaurant was great value for money place. Also plenty of shops, bars, restaurants in close vicinity. The apartment is suitable for 2 couples or a big family. The heating was working perfectly. The host was very attentive and with a minor glitch we could collect the keys.

Not a negative comment just an advice. The apt is on the top floor. So if you have heavy luggage or having trouble to walk 3 floors be prepared. It was mentioned in the description as well. You can park in an above the ground parking lot 5-7 minute walk away. Due to construction work the google suggested route was not available. You need to look for the yellow diversion sign not to get lost.

The owner waited and opened the apartment for us even if we arrived late from our originally planned check-in time . She was cordial and provided recommendations for restaurants. The property is located close to the historical centre, clean spacious and bright.

Excellent location with a stunning view. The host was very kind and gave us suggestions of where to eat. The location was extremely peaceful and quiet and there was a great local restaurant right downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and stylish.

The shower cabins in the bathrooms were very narrow which made showering a chore. The soap dispensers in the bathrooms also seemed broken, but that can be easily replaced.
