It was all on one level. Nicely furnished. Facilities were very good. Lovely mattresses.
The frozen compartment door in the fridge is broken. We had brought some frozen food but the compartment was too small. The floors felt “gritty” underfoot. I think they were swept but not mopped.
Lighting was poor around the hot tub and could have done with some kind of mat for feet when exiting the tub.

Everything we needed was there, and having a bedroom and a bathroom for each of us was lovely. The hot tub was ready on arrival and we used it each night. Adrian, the owner, was friendly, on hand if needed and very helpful. Excellent shower.
There wasn't anything we actually didn't like, but there were rather a lot of spiders in bedrooms and bathroom, which we removed, and bedding was basic, but I actually prefer that to piles of useless cushions and throws! Carpet in lounge had one or two bits and pieces on it- we weren't sure it had been hoovered.

Wonderful host, excellent accommodation and well equipped. Beautiful location, quirky village with lots happening there
The very steep hill the village is built on. But the medieval houses and elephant decorated buildings make the guided tours very enjoyable

We loved the hot tub, the garden, the games in the apartment and the information left by the owners. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm at night.
