Isolated, easy to get to everything we needed to see. The house is spacious enough for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful views

The water pressure was an issue but not a show stopper.

Very well equipped and warm Log fire was a great benefit as it was so cold during our visit Views are fabulous Just a great place to snuggle down in winter months There’s an excellent Co-Op in Broadford so no need to get provisions on the mainland Even in November the Island was packed with tourists and you pay for parking

Property is about 6 miles off main road on a single track with passing places a 1:4 and was very muddy along with cattle & sheep, lovely but allow time a 4x4 would also be beneficial An earlier entry time would be good as 4pm it was nearly dark to find the property on this road - appreciate it maybe difficult with staff/times

Loved the view and how peaceful it was.

It feels like travelling back in time when you go inside, sorely needs an update, particularly when you have what is soon to be 3 ultra modern properties just on the same driveway. Feels a bit like it is cared for on the cheap. Also you can’t have any windows open as despite what the information sheet in the property says, there are no fly screens fitted so when the sun shines in it can get hot so you can either roast to death or get eaten alive. Also could have done with being told that it isn’t connected to mains water before you get there so that you can make sure and have bottled water for teeth brushing etc.
