Foood is good qualiity, not enough quantity

An ironbox and a table was expected. But couldn't find

The very first thing i liked about the hotel was the welcome from a receptionist. I guess her name was Tahora. She was very gentle and welcoming. Bed was good and well maintained.

What i didn't like was , Geyser was not working, I should call the Room service to enable the geyser and also enable the TV channels to watch. Why would you wait for us to call and tell you to turn on these necessary services. These should have been enabled before we check in. Even towels were missing so we had to call 3 times to get them.

Cleanliness and bed spreads was dirty

Excellent hotel

only availability was hot boiling water from all the taps. No cold water at all.
