Welcoming and extremely helpful staff.
My very quiet room was light and spacious, immaculately clean and well laid out, with a modern bathroom.
I had a very comfortable king bed plus a lounge in the room, with plenty of bench and luggage space. There is a kettle, fridge and microwave, plus plates and cutlery.A great buffet breakfast is served downstairs.
It's walking distance to shops, Osh Bazaar, cafes and restaurants.

All in all the hotel is amazing.

Nice hotel in a quiet street. I only booked one night but extended my stay.
Breakfast was great - had everything I could wish for and good rotation (not repetitive) during the 3 days I was there. Pancakes with cottage cheese and raspberry jam were to die for.
Cheap laundry services.
I paid by card which was convenient too.
Reception staff were great.
My room had no view (facing a wall) but it didn’t bother me.
Noise insulation was terrible. You could hear everything happening in the corridor, including peeler walking up and down the stairs (my room was the first one from the stairs).
I understand that the location isn’t very central but I walked everywhere anyway.

It's more of a small guest house than a hotel. Beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast below average.
