The pool was perfect. The deck had amazing sunsets over the island. Kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning was excellent. Parking was very easy right in front of our unit and always available

A very spacious apartment in a stunning location. Very peaceful with an exceptional view of Dragonera. The swimming pool was clean and very quiet so a nice facility to use although our preference was the beach it was great to cool off by using the pool at the end of the day. We didn’t have a car, but I could see that there was plenty of parking available. A property that is good value for money in the beautiful resort of Sant Elm.

Property is very dated and needs modernising. I knew there was no air conditioning. The fans were useful but not that effective and obviously quite noisy. The bedding was poor. More pillows and white cotton bedding would make sleeping easier. As there was no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open which obviously let in the mosquitos. So mosquito screens or netting would be useful. The peaceful location does mean a 20 minute walk to the beach. This didn’t bother me but my husband wasn’t so happy!

Views & peaceful feel.

Lack of aircon made it uncomfortable in evenings. Its a little far to walk to the main beach & restaurant areas.

There’s a ceiling fan in the bedroom , but that wasn’t really sufficient for mr. There is no air conditioning or even a fan in the living room which made it unusable for me

The view never disappoints. It is breathtaking.

The location is fine although quite far from the beach. You will need a car. The apartment itself leaves quite a lot to desire. Although it all looks good on paper, the beds are extremely soft, the toilet doesn't flush on the first go, you have to do it about three times and the shower drain gets you frustrated. It is clogged up so when you come back from the beach with a bit of sand on your feet, it stays on the bottom of the tub your whole stay. It just never goes away. I mean how hard is it to unclog a drain? But the worst pet peeve is the WiFi. To claim there is wifi is a cruel joke. It doesn't work, so if you think you can get some work done while the kids are sleeping, forget it. You can't rely on your data either, because in that part of the island you only get 3G if you're lucky. Shame though, with a bit of maintenance, better wifi, and maybe mosquito nets!!!, this could be a great place.
