Location, close to public transportation, Owner's response to protentional problems.

A/C limitation to 27.5 degree of Celsius during "Heatwave".

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. All one needs for a short or longer stay. It’s near the tram stop which can take you to the center of Prag. Underground parking is a real bonus.

With windows open it can be quite noisy- busy street in front of it. We were in Feb so was not a case for us. It’s a distant location and not much around, so even with a tram it will take time to get to the center. But doable.

The location was very good, trum n. 22 & 26 directly to city center were convenient.

The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped with everything that I needed. I also worked there with no problem. A tram stop directly to the centre is across the road and very close to a forest for nice walks. The laundry facility in the building is excellent - I had a long stay so it was necessary for me. The aircon was very useful on hot days.

Next to a busy road.

My husband and I have booked the apartment for more than one month for work . The apartment was perfect ,you get everything you need in a 1kk I even think that it is quiet big for 1kk based on what I've seen in Prague, the bed was comfortable , the kitchen has every thing you need for those who like to cook .The apartment was very clean when we arrived . The host is very nice and is ready to help whenever you ask. We asked for a bed for our baby she accepted and provided it right away . The tram and bus stations are few miles ( 2or 3 min) from the apartment that can take you anywhere in Prague ( Tram 22 & 26 are the ones we used the most ) . The apartment is situated in quiet part of Prague which is perfect after a busy day whether you are for a touristic visit or for work . There is Lidl & Albert in the neighborhood for grocery . I highly recommend it :) I wasn't aware that I've forgotten my neckless after we left the apartment , the host contacted me and left it for me at the reception :)

Small yet complete in itself, one room apartment. Balcony with a nice view, kitchenette with everything needed, superbly comfortable bed, very clean, good check-in, parking provided, tram near the building going to the center of Prague. They even put some condoms into the drawer - I felt really catered for and would choose this place again when in Prague.

The place was comfortable, the apartment comes with all the comforts.

I liked everything.

Free garage on prem. New furnished apartment. Clean and simple. Had everything needed. Would come again.
