Awesome position, real close to the center, almost everything is easily reachable by feet. Self check has been very helpful as we arrived at late night. The host also provides an online guide with all the info needed for the trip (from how to do the check-in, to tips and what to do and where to go and more). Apartment is comfy and the bedrooms are big and bright, both bathrooms are big and the showers are awesome.

Only downside was that the bed in the living room is a little small for two people to sleep in, I'd recommend the apartment for 5 people, apart from this the rest was perfect.

i had my car blocked due to parking. there is no way to pay for parking in bulgaria except thru bulgarian sim card thru sms. i reached very late night tired, looked for machine to pay for parking but there was none around eventually saw my car blocked in morning. payed fine to get it unblocked.

The apartment was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. The kids loved the addition of the little toy box, the games and PS3 as well. It helped keep them occupied when we came back to rest for a few hours. The apartment was very clean, and the host always answered questions fast. I would stay here again if we are back in the area.

The only addition I would recommend is a hair dryer, especially during the colder time of the year.

Location: 10 min walk to Vitosha. Great, Beds: a little small. Coffee machine: no coffee provided. Laundry: washing machine is great. No dryer. Space: a big apartment with 2 bathrooms. Design: very nice. Host: responsive.

1. The apartment is big and has 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, which is pretty convenient. 2. Convenient self check-in via lockbox. 3. Detailed instructions about check in/check out/things around/etc. 4. Possibility to cancel one day before arrival. 5. The main bedroom is light and comfortable.

When arriving: there was dust and dirty spots everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor, leftovers on kitchen chairs, etc. This gave the feeling that no cleaning was made prior arrival, except change of linens. We had to clean and disinfect everything. 2. There is a scrapyard just in front of both bedrooms which sometimes produces a poor smell and there are often homeless people around it. 3. There were no light bulbs in bedside lamps. So we had to buy some. 4. There were mosquitos in the main bedroom. By trying to use our own anti-mosquito device, it was discovered that there was only one window over 7 that could be open (having a handler), but the device that brings the shutter up was broken, so it could not be used during the first night (this was fixed by using a trick in the morning). 5. There was a minor leakage in the smaller bathroom. 6. There is a main street in front of the bedrooms, which is pretty noisy because of road traffic and public transportations. 7. It was surprising to get an apartment in such a poor state because reviews were checked carefully before booking it.

Great location. Big rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy key pick-up and drop-off process. Great bathrooms, one with floor to ceiling shower. Very tidy and clean. Nice host, yet just mail contact.

Some roller shutters were defect, so light came into the bedroom at night. The bedrooms are noisy, because there is a big street next to the apartment. The outside building is rundown and trash was laying around.
