great location in the heart of the grove. like the large apartment rooms
no F&B facilities and very slow elevators for a large building

The location was beautiful and the atmosphere was quite and relaxing.I also like the fact that parking was including with our stay.
i didn't like not having access to the pool and the restaurant was under construction

It’s location was great, the views were great. The staff was excellent! Every complaint I had, Maida made up for it or would send someone for help. She is wonderful and kept communication open the whole time to make sure we were happy.
I booked a room with partial bay view and didn’t get the correct room. The pillows were too hard and the bathroom sink kept getting clogged. One of the 3 elevators wouldn’t go to the 11th floor when we would choose it.

Location is great, nice walkable neighborhood with good stores, bars and restaurants. The building is a good mix of a hotel and a residence, with good size studios and apartments.
I have stayed in this property before in other units. This specific unit (a studio) is very good for a person traveling alone like I was. Unfortunately I experienced two problems that were not solved: (i) the air conditioner was stuck on a very cold temperature, and maintenance could not fix it; and (ii) it was very surprising to find out that there was no broadcast TV. Even though the ad mentions specifically the availability of Netflix, it was the first time in decades traveling that I've been to an apartment with no broadcast TV.
