It was well located. Easy to get around. I liked the fact that the doors had key pads.

The sheets weren’t changed. I could feel sand on the bed. Had to take the sheets off. The couch needs cleaning too. I could see old stains on the table and kitchen counter. It sticky, but there were visible marks/stains, possibly from glasses or bottles. Floor wasn’t swept properly. I could see other peoples hair and feel in certain areas of the house dirt (like sand) with my sleepers on. Certain corners of the house had dust. The TV didn’t have good imaging and the AC was dripping water and at some point, dropping pieces of ice (on 23°C). The house doesn’t have basic cleaning supplies, such as a broom and a mop. There is only a small dustpan and brush, one sponge, and a very small bottle of dishwashing liquid. They provide dishwasher tablets, but the dishwasher doesn’t work / won’t turn on.

The location was perfect. It was a spacious apartment that had everything you need and clean

It was quite dark all through out the day. The TV is also on its last legs. The sofa bed did not work either for when I wanted it out to watch a film.

I was my 3rd visit to porto wanted to stay in Gaia, where everything was there convenient, stores, resturants etc.

There was a heating unit/ combo aircon that didnt work ,they had a portable heater that I thought would be little dangerous to use .,some kitchen accessories could be needed for future quests, and i had a accident on a tour and I needed surgery and I was hoping to stay an additional week ,but they were booked, they only could give 1 more night so I had a day to find a place before surgery ,found a place across the street!,1 more comment in photos on booking.com it showed river view ,but I arrived street view! ,so when booking triple check on views !

Great location, just a five minute walk to the river with some lovely bars and restaurants on the way down. The keyless entry was great and check-in process was seamless.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and although this was reported on our arrival day nothing was done to rectify this during our week long stay which was very disappointing.
