This apartment is quiet, close to the trade show, lots of room. Place for five to sleep. Has everything needed for an apartment, all in very good working order. Not a luxury apartment and the area nearby is not the best in Paris suburbs, but again, value for money is the objective. The hosts did a great job of communicating and helped me out on a personal matter. So, for value, this is the place.

Our experience was considerably worsened due to the unprofessional employee of host Jerome named Danielle who conducted all communication with us. Merely 5 days before our stay, she informed me via WhatsApp that she had to cancel our booking because she had booked the same apartment on Airbnb in January and had not noticed until now. She offered a replacement nearby, which we gladly accepted. That replacement was then again canceled 2 days before the stay because she had „forgot to block the dates in Airbnb“ and someone else had reserved instead. Our final replacement consisted of 2 accommodations, one was a considerable downgrade to our booked accommodation that was cramped and had an unpleasant smell. We decided to only stay in the other accommodation instead which was large, clean and at the address of our original booking. The only issue were several large spiders (photo attached) as well as mouse droppings near the window sill, which can pose a considerable health hazard. The check-in process was not professional at all either; Danielle never left us the code to the key box for the smaller accommodation in writing but simply shouted instructions in French on the phone. The second day of our stay, Danielle started calling me past midnight. She accused my party of taking the keys to another apartment in the same building as the smaller accommodation. I explained to her several times that we had not taken the key she was searching for out of the key box, but only the one to our assigned apartment, but she still showed up unannounced at the larger apartment the next day banging on the door. After a conversation I was able to convince her that we did not have the key, but it was still very distressing. Consequently, I kindly ask you to reconsider your professional relationship with the host of these apartments, since the experience we had was simply unbearable.
