Casa Kaoba Hotel & Suites

I love the breakfast, the courtesy of the front desk personnel, the huge heated pool, the additional baby pool, the size of the apartments and the cleaning staff that never fails to clean when needed.

The WiFi is very spotty and it varies greatly on the apartment you’re staying. I had to change one apartment 502, to 102 and everything changed for the best.

We have just returned from a stay of just over two weeks at this hotel, and I want to give an honest and balanced review. Starting with the positives — the rooms themselves were very nice. They were comfortable, well-presented, and the standard really impressed us for the price we paid. The shower was excellent with consistently hot water, and the air-conditioning worked very well both upstairs and downstairs. In terms of comfort inside the room, we were very happy.

Very clean spacious and looks exactly like pictured in the app…my kids loved it…would definitely book again!

The photos need to be updated on the website. We had 3 rooms and all were similar. The colours were stunning, the size of them were amazing, air-conditioning was great, the fact that they had 2 toilets was great, it's mainly that they could do with some cosmetic touch up, such as bedding, corroded taps and shower heads. The pool area was a good size but the sun loungers were not clean, the only double sun lounger was not usable as it was torn and stained. Breakfast was OK when they hadn't ran out of water, coffee, or food. However for the price it wasn't too bad. You get what you pay for.

How we didn't get much of an option at breakfast the 2nd morning as they had ran out of almost everything or so they said. We had to go to the beach as we couldn't use the sun loungers due to them being dirty. The really good thing was the evening meal cooked and served by Ricardo who also worked the bar all by himself and did an amazing Job smiling the whole time.
