נקי מאוד, מיטה נוחה, מטבח עם הכל לבישול.. למשפחות זה יכול להיות מהמם.. בעל דירה זמין ונחמד, היה גמיש עם הצ'ק אין ואאוט, שאל מה איתנו במהלך החופשה . נוף מהמם מהגג.

לא מה שציפינו לו בכלל, זה מקום חמוד אבל לא לחופשה רומנטית לזוגות (מה שבאנו לחגוג...) לפי התמונות פה הייתי בטוחה שזה בקתה של צימר, בפועל זה בתוך בית שמחולק, והמשפחה גרה למטה (לא מרגישים אותם אבל עדיין קצת מוזר)- יש 3 יחידות דלת ליד דלת עם מרפסת משותפת (שום דשא ,שום ערסל כמו בתמונות) וג'קוזי משותף לכולם בגג שזה ממש מבאס (אפילו לא היה ג'קוזי בתוך היחידה, מה שחשבנו שיהיה לפי התמונות). אז רומנטי זה לא יכל להיות כי זה חסר פרטיות ולא צימר בכלל.. מקום חמוד אולי למשפחות שבאות לנפוש ביחד אבל לא לזוגות שמחפשים פרטיות ומקום רומנטי.. התמונות פה מטעות אם הייתי יודעת שזה ככה כנראה שלא הייתי הולכת לשם

The host was incredibly accommodating. We had punctured a tyre on the way to the Golan and had our travel plans significantly impacted. He allowed for a late check out, helped us get materials for our BBQ and ensured we had a safe hike. Thank you Yakov! Your hospitality will never be forgotten :)

I did not dislike anything. Property was as described. Host was excellent. If you want to stay in the Golan, doing it at lakeside terrace is a very good option. I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you Yakov!

Set in a beautiful location with exceptional views we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were two families with children and couldn’t have asked for more. The property is exceptionally clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Yakov the owner was very helpful, providing recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Very clean and host Yacov was very helpful and accessible for any questions. Very good base from which to explore the Golan area. Nice that property inside a safe, gated, residential community.

Inconsiderate neighbor next door kept their loud barking dog outside for many hours in the evening every night. Yaacov asked them to take dog inside which eventually was done at 1130pm. Good for Yacov and I hope this neighbour will show him and his customers more respect.

Yakov was very kind - he met us and after introductions also gave us very good recommendations of what to do in the area (plus a coupon for a nearby cheese place that we ended up using). The room was spacious, clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. Shower was good, jacuzzi was fun. Great view!

We liked everything. Large room with everything we needed, comfortable bed, the terrace with a beautiful view. There was a safe place for our bikes. Yaakov gave us helpful recommendations about places to visit, including nice bike trails in the area. If you look for more privacy, contact Yaakov to get a special offer with more private room.

The southern approach is a steep narrow road full of scary switchbacks. Don't attempt it at night!

We where cheated. The pictures and what I booked was one thing, what we got was a different story. The owner has a room as presented in the pictures and discription but has a number of other rooms that are very different from what we ordered.
